Wai-iti Lane is in the heart of the popular Lower Hutt suburb, Woburn. With its North facing aspect and walking distance to the main shopping district this site was an ideal opportunity to build modern townhouses. Woburn is well known for its great access to public transport, schools, Huia swimming pool, café and restaurants.
Special effort was required at planning and design stage to retain the existing Nikau palms and large Totara tree that occupy the street frontage – a real asset to the Woburn streetscape.
